Damaged shoed

On 18 March 2017 I took my shoes to London Keys for heels to be shortened. The heels were cut and holes drilled but they failed to get them right. The owner Corran have been promising to sort them out for the past 10 months. Now he is ignoring my messages. His last solution was to give me my damaged shoes and my money back of R80. The shoes cost me over a R1000. So I don't know who should carry the cost of the damage if he wants to give me back the damaged shoes. After many false promises to sort my shoes out for 10 months, now he is ignoring my messages, no response and no update.
