totally *********** and poor workmanship

Took in a pair of boots to have the heel caps replaced normally a very straightforward job you would think. 1st day of collection the nails were sticking out of the heels the excuse was he did not have shorter nails, to came back after 2 days. the results were: white glue still sitting on the side of both heels, one new heelcap was broken and nails had damaged the side of the cap and you can see the outline of the nail on the heel
