Bloemfontein Southern Centre branch service is pathetic! 27 Februarie I made keys there. The young man was smoking outside and left the shop alone. I had to wait 40min while he remade my keys over and over and over. Paid my R100 with card. Just to get home and the keys doesnt work. I work during the day. The first Weekend in March I went back there to the shop and found an older man who called himself Johann or Johannes. He bad mouth the other guy and said he didnt have cash at the moment to refund me. He looked in the book and saw my name the date I made the key. His words were he will phone me az soon as he gets money. As I can only go on Sundays when Im off I went back to the shop 13 March. As the listed telephone doesnt work at all. I saw the young man who made my keys wrong. He just bad mouthed Johann and said he is going to give him a warning. Which I dont understand. Take note I gave my wrong cut keys to Johan previously. He asked me to write down my banking details and his boss will make xeposit on Monday 14 March 2022. Nothing happened. Its 1t March today no oayment! The young guy refuses to give me the owners number. Everytime he just rights an excuse. He cant spell and reading his messages is very poor. Im fed up. I paid cor a service I didnt get. I will never promote doing business with this comoany. Pathetic service. People working their are not fit for the job.
