Disgusting services from staff and owner

I had number plates that needed to be made and they made the wrong ones for my car so I went back and asked them to please fix the problem ... the staff was absolutely no help and wants to charge me full price for new ones. I then refused because I feel it's their responsibilities to check the car to see what number plate needs to be made bit they did not check and now says it's my fault for letting them make the wrong plates. Not friendly at all very rude then phone the owner and he just as rude and still wants me to pay with 100 rand discount ridiculous !!!!!

Rude rude rude ! I'm in shock for how you treat a paying customer!
