Appalled ...

<p>I had keys cut that did not work, went back 5 times (re-filed, promised a refund, did not have cash to refund, had it recut and still not working.) Contacted the owner, who put the phone down in my ear. Went back again on another shift and had the keys cut again but did not work. I still don't have keys or a refund !!!!!!!</p>
