Repair Refrigerator

The company on the 31 May 2015 did extended corporate fridge re gas and they were paid. In agreement or guarantee is for them to do return if we experience any problem. On the 23rd December 2015 I called the company to assist me and the guy promised to come on the 24th December even today on the 5th January 2016 he has not come to fix the fridge. I called him from 23rd until 25th December where he promised to come on the 26th December 2015. I am really unhappy with the service I received from the company
