Unprofessional

I recently made a big group booking for 15 people. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. I cancelled the reservation 10 weeks prior to the event and therefore should receive some sort of refund. The hotel has been ignoring my emails for over two weeks. Ndileka Mkize the Operations Manager I find incredibly unprofessional for ignoring me flat out. I will not be recommending this establishment. Not only is this insulting behaviour, but it also shows a complete disregard for the consumer's act.
