Not 5 star!

I have booked myself for an extended weekend into Lombardy Estate Boutique Hotel. The hotel is certainly no longer 5 star standard and I'm not sure they meet even 3 star standards. As the first person at breakfast I which was included in my room rate, which would normally be a buffet and warm breakfast, I discovered that it wasn't for that morning. I ordered breakfast and after waiting quiet some time was served a very unimpressive omelette swimming in oil and waited 20 mins for the toast that arrived cold. Not happy at all!
