How on earth should clients contact you?

Oh my goodness, what a terrible experience, YET AGAIN. After our wedding one year ago (which was, by the way, horrible service prior to the wedding and during the wedding), we are trying to make contact with ANYONE at Lombardy Boutique Hotel to book our complimentary one night stay for our anniversary.

None of the numbers on the website work, except for the last one: +27 87 ********** / 89 / 90 / 91

When you are so lucky that someone actually answers once out of every 10 attempts, the person is *********** and not trained with telephone etiquette. And literally asks "What do you want?" When reporting the phone number she says "I will tell my manager", which we KNOW is not happening at Lombardy Boutique Hotel...

I also tried the mobile number on the website: +27 84 ********** . "The subscriber you have dailed is not available at present. Please try again later." The subscriber has not been available for over two weeks now.

All of this because no one responded to my husband's emails regarding our booking.

I then searched for the email addresses and mobile numbers I still have on record because of our wedding a year ago, and neither the numbers or the email addresses work, which means those staff do not work there any more. They are now part of the statistics of "A very high staff turnover", like Manager Cameron Phillips said when he was still there, actually bad-mouthing the company he worked for. He obviously does not work there any longer, as his email also did not work and his number just rang.

I then sent a message on the Facebook page, where someone rep****: "Hi Letitia. We apologise for your negative experience. Please send us your contact details so that our team can assist you." This is the exact wording used to answer all the other clients with complaints, and after asking, none of them received a call, AS EXPECTED.

One client with a good review then provided me with a mobile number of someone working there, who just answers and immediately puts the phone down again. Time and time again.

I then received word that I need to try the Sheraton Hotel, as the owners are the same. The lady there tried her best in assisting, and when she finally got through to Lombardy, she gave my details and asked them to phone me. (Thanks, Given from the Sheraton Hotel!)

Still, no one phoned me back. After Given gave the staff my details and requested that someone phone me. After someone on the Facebook page asked my details. How pathetic!!!!!!!!!

How ON EARTH do we get hold of someone working there to make our booking, or has the useless place closed down?????
