Bad service, food and stay

Upon arrival at the hotel we found that there was no parking for us as hotel guests. We were told to go and park under a tree on the gravel. When we were walking to our room there was no lights and the manager did not even know how to switch on the lights in the corridors. <br> <br> Upon arriving at the restaurant for dinner there was no one to receive us. We had to stand around and eventually just seated ourselves. There was no music playing and we had to ask twice for music. The cd that played was scratched and the same cd played in the morning. We had to ask for serviettes and when we got them they were paper towels. I have never experienced paper towel serviettes at a supposedly 5 star place. After eating our starter we had to stand up and get our own cutlery that I feel is totally unacceptable. We had one waiter that was never there. My wife had the lamb shank that was burnt black and so dry. The food was really really really bad! I have never experience food like that and especially not at a 5 star place.
