Worst service ever! Treat their customers really badly!
Worst service ever! Manager was publicly rude and dismissive! Was treated really badly and would caution customers that although their prices are cheaper, their poor service explains the lower prices. Be extremely careful - they are very hesitant to honour their warranties. Rather go down the road to Hi-Q or Tiger Wheel & Tyre and get piece of mind and better service.

Update on the matter: Subsequent to the above review, I was contacted promptly by the Regional Manager for Lombard tyres, who duly investigated the matter, confirmed the findings, issued an apology to me, and put correction measures in place at the Fourways branch. The manager arranged for me to return to the branch, where I was treated in a much more customer-friendly manner and the problem was resolved. I am satisfied with this outcome and hope that it paves the way for better, more consistent service at this business which should benefit all customers doing business here.
