UNFAIR DISMISSAL

Wayne Marais was working for the company Lombard tyres in Greenhills randfontein.On the 06/02/2015 he bought parts through his work in order to fix his car at work.There was an invoice for the amount of R921.45 for back shocks which he took and wanted to arrange to pay for this later through work. On the 23rd of march the head office realise that there is no invoice for this amount and start querie this at the branch at reenhills. The manager Andries from the other branch decided immediately to open a case against my husband for *****. On the wednesday the 25th the police came to his work and advise him that there has been a case<br> opened against him and advised that he must show the slip for this amount which he did the following day.<br> On the friday the 27th the police came to his work and lock him up and took him to randfontein police station. I was kept in jail until monday for the court case where It has been postponed thill the04 may and bail was paid for R1500.00 , money my wife did not have. I went to work and they gave me a letter stated that i've been suspened until the hearing on the01 of april where they fired me due to lying. I've got a ******** record against my name
