****ty Service!! Lombard Luipaard Street

Went for shock replacement quote for my car. The guy disappeared and left us(my kids and husband),waiting for about 45 minutes.

Eventually I went to find him and he was helping someone else. No appology offered he gave us the quote after having us wait for him to finish with this other person.

Today I heard about this special on shocks and phoned them for a quote to replace all my shocks for my car. I called at 15:57. The guys took my details and said he would source it from the supplier and call me back.

Lets just say,Im still waiting for a call back and its now 17:29. They clearly dont want my business...Will NOT go back there...****ty Service. I would rather pay more expensive than go back to Lombard Tyers Krugersdorp.
