Terrible Service and Lack of Responsibility

Worst customer service and lack of personal responsibility i have had thus far .. had 2 of my wheels damaged from removal of tyres by their installer.. after 3 weeks of back and forth, i get told they arent held responsible for the damges, due to my tyres causing the paint to be pulled and gashed into the metal of the wheel.. ( i stopped them from damaging any of the other wheels and took the wheels and tyres to a different tyre shop and they had ZERO issues with the tyres being removed or refitted ).. i was told by the manager on the day that this shouldnt be a problem to have sorted , and now 3 weeks later, after forking out for the refurb from my own pocket, its easy to get told theres nothing they can do ... really pathetic customer service .. will never be visiting or supporting Lombard Tyres again ...
