S*****tty service and F**ked up communication

I will never ever put my foot there again. I went there to with very clear instruction, "get me two new tyres, check the best two used and put them at the back and new in the front , 3rd best as spare-wheel, however the rear back is having a slow pucher please check it. There was no opinion required from me which tyre is the best, guess what the same LR tyre with slow pucher is still there with the same slow pucher, the consultant that was helping me, he just wanted to increase the invoice nothing decent coming out of his mouth.
