Poor after sales

I took my bakkie to Lombard Tyres to fit new tyres less than a year ago, the sales team sold me Goodridge tyres, after a few months one of the tyres got a bubble on the side wall, as I took it back the lady (manager) told me that I hit a pothole, one month later three of my tyres have bubbles, one of the tyres have two bubbles on the outer wall and one on the innerwall, as I took my bakkie back and waited for another month the lady could still not help me and send me all the way to the Gezina branch where they told me it was caused by gravel road, my tyres were not refunded or replaced, the tyres also caused vibration on my bakkie and damaged my whole suspensio.<br> As I've been staying on gravelroad for 15years this is the first time this happen and in 15years our road is in a real good state so the gravel road is NOT the cause, the problem is the tyres and poor after service from Lombard Tyres
