No refund or replace

On 31st October '14 I bought tyres from Lombard tyres in randfontein on 10th of Feb 15 went to tiger wheel and tyres to do alignment i came across the tyres were damage I have to buy new tyres at tiger wheels I took the tyres back to Lombard for refund or replace on the 02 March 15 I found out they see not refund or replace it .plz can u help in this matter
