LOST TYRE by LOMBARD LANSERIA

On the 14 Sept 2019 early morning, i dropped of a CAT TLB rim with tyre 4x2, (both new) , to repair a puncture. I was to late to fetch it on Saturday 14 Sep. was busy the following week so i could not fetch is. On the 25 Sept i went to collect this tyre, and was told by the manager that this tyre is no longer with Lombard. We have not collect this. and i feel it is their responsibility to keep this tyre & rim safe till collected. I do A LOT of business with Lombard Tyres, and feel that this is NOT a way to treat a customer.
