Lombard Tyres Silverton - Pathetic customer service

I phoned Lombard Tyres in Silverton four times since 27 March 2024 to request a simple quotation on behalf of a friend. I was assisted by a salesman called Jaco.

He promised me twice on the 27 March 2024 that he will send me the quote. He never did.

I called him at 08:08 on 28 March 2024 and he promised to send me the quote within one hour. Once again he never did. So I called him again at 09:33 and informed him that he can ignore my request as I am no longer interested.

What a poor & pathetic customer service. Fortunately there are many tyre stores available that I am sure will deliver a better service.

If a company fail to provide a simple quote, what will the rest of their service be?
