Lombard tyres poor service

I went to them with a problem on my vehicle. After I explained to the person behind the counter that i need somebody to have a look and then quote on repair. He then said that i must pull the vehicle on the ramp and that it will be R150--00. When i questioned this saying and if he does not find anything then i must still pay. He said yes it is labour. I then left and we.nt 50p m down the road to Tyres and More. What a difference. The guys were more than helpful and after lifting the vehicle the technician immediately showed me the worn part and took me to the office where they immediately quoted.me the repairs. Nowhhere in Lombard does it show anything about paying fir a quote. They should not be in business and hopefully they will close their doors sooner than later. Poor and Pathetic.
