My first and only experience with this branch is one of frustration and disbelief. I went to do a simple car battery replacement and was given the completely incorrect battery for my car.

Kaya, the sales representative, took my old battery and gave me a replacement he thought would be suitable. (please note he didn't ask for the make and model of the car the battery was for) When I fitted the new battery I noticed it's height was higher than my original which made me suspicious. I however got it connected but noticed the he sold me a lead acid battery instead of the EFB battery that is spec'd for my car. I called Kaya to ask him why he had given me the completely incorrect battery to which his response was "but the battery has the correct power". I was amazed by his lack of insight. He said I should however come back to get a refund. Upon my arrival I asked Kaya again what had gone wrong. He responded that he gives customers the batteries he has in stock and not according to the s**** battery that customers hand in! He then continues to say that if customers want the exact same spec'd battery as the s**** that we bring in, it is up to the customer to tell him that. He then asks me why didn't I tell him it was the wrong battery to which I responded that I'm not the expert and that he is. He is meant to advise me. Kaya responds and says "I'm not the expert either"!!! At this point I knew I was dealing with incompetence! Thanks to another sales rep that intervened, I was fortunate to get my refund processed with his help.
