Lombard Tyres Alberton ******!

I bought 3 Kumho tyres from the Alberton branch. I was assisted by Paul Smith and his manager Neil.

1 week later, whilst driving on the R59, the one tyre bursts and nearly almost shredded off. I was obviously forced to put on a spare.

When i enquired with these 2 gentleman, they told me that the tyre needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis before they can replace it for me. A week later i get a call from Neil telling me that i am at fault. According to them, the tyre was already flat when i embarked on my journey, and this is what caused it to completely shred off my rim. This is indeed inaccurate. They refuse to take accountability for their mistake, and as a result, i now need to source a new tyre. The attitude and service from this branch is disgusting. I would never recommend/refer them to any potential customers. These guys are ******.
