Hi-Q Westgate overcharges

Was quoted promotional prices for 4 tyres by JP at High Q - Westgate. He advised that the prices included fitting and balancing. Sent my daughter to have them fitted and she was charged additional for balancing and fitting. Would seem as though they take advantage of females.
