Extremely poor Service

Was at their workshop 8am to do brakes and check my shocks as it was making a noise apon my arrival i said to the technician that all the shock mountings and lower suspension components including the shocks where receintly replaced and the noise is coming from somewhere else the proceeded replacing the shock mountings when i told them its not the problem and charged me an a exsorband amount for the repairs took the car for a test dri e after repairs and even made a worse sound insisted for refund as the work done was not to satisfaction now have to wait for my money unacceptable
