Disgusting service and aftercare of customers at Lombard Tyres

I had a puncture kit in the rare tyre, took two brand new tyres through to Lombard to fit to the front and to move the used front tyres to the back. Just to find out much later by chance that they took my two front tyres and left the back tyres with the side wall puncture without replacement. One year down the line I’m still trying to get this resolved and now have to turn to litigation as they are only prepared to replace the punctured tyre after taking my two almost brand new tyres and advising me that it’s out of good will after they did me in for R3000+ Treat this as a warning to never use this company.
