Bad service - They wrecked my all terrain tyre

I went to Lombard tyres in Thabazimbi yesterday to get a slow puncture fixed. The employee of Lombard tyres fixed the slow puncture and I left after paying R100. Approximately 200 meters from the tyre shop, my wife heard a rattle on the wheel they had just fixed, we stopped only to find that the wheel nuts were not locked so I did that myself. Then we went to Thaba Mall and did our weekly shopping as we live on a farm 30km outside Thabazimbi. When we came out of the mall, we found that the same tyre that had been fixed earlier had deflated to under 1 bar so I had to put the spare wheel on. By this time Lombard tyres was already closed so we headed home. This morning we went back after finding that the tyre in question was actually more damaged than when we had it repaired, there is actually a hole in my tyre now because the worker at Lombard tyresused that little ball grinder thing and actually grinded right through my tyre. The person behind the counter said that there is nothing he can do about it so he phoned the manager who was not present. They then said that they cannot really do anything about it, but they will put a tube inside the tyre, but there is still a hole in my tyre. I then said that they now owe me a tyre as they wrecked my tyre. The employee then said well that is my problem, they can only put more patches and a tube inside the tyre. I now cannot use that wheel of my car with that tyre as we are farmers and the tyre will surely only burst with a tube inside it on my farm roads. I am not happy with how the situation was handled by Lombard tyres and will never in my life go to any Lombard tyres shop again and I steongly advise anyone to stay as far away from Lombard tyres as possible because they refuse to accept responsibility for what they have done, and as everyone knows a 235/70/16 all terrain tyre is not cheap. Thank you for your absolute bad and unprofessional service Lombard tyres.
