Bad Service

I went to the Lombard Tyres Key West Branch to do wheel alignment on my car and this was few hours before my trip to Ladysmith and as i entered the N3 highway i realised that the alignment wasn't done properly, it was even worse than when i sent it for alignment.

I complained to their customer assistant, who asked me why didn't i come back and report it, as if he was going to reimburse for the KM's travelled. Then he called a technician to check the car and that technician said the car had problems with bushes, i believe if my car had this problem i was supposed to be told from the first time i sent it for the alignment but no i wasn't told such. Funny enough the guy that did the wheel alignment on my car was not present when i came and when i asked 1 of the staff members about this guy they said he is no longer employed there. Then to me this means that he didn't know his job, he messed up and now they don't want to own up to this mess. i even called Lombard Tyre's regional manager Andries Bother who hung-up on me as i was to complain to him, he even blocked my landline number.

Is this how you treat your customers at Lombard Tyres?
