No after-sales service guarantees honoured - Lombard Painting contractor

<p>After contacting a " well advertised " painting contractor - Lombard Painters ( SELF PROCLAIMED to be professionals and guarantors of workmanship and product - 7 years guarantee ), I contracted a number of painting works to be carried out at my residence ( all quoted for and guaranteed in writing ).</p> <p> </p> <p>After less than 2 (two) years, the old different colour paint started to show through in "numerous" places, making the " reasonably new " paintwork UNSIGHTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p>After contacting the original person involved with the contracted painting job and explaining the present deterioration, to date, no comback has been acknowledged, nor remedied.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have photos of the worrying and unsightly painting, taken of various areas around the roof, and cannot accept / nor understand, the rapid downward condition , on such a large portion of the area covered....??</p> <p>The fact that such paintwork was guaranteed in writing, and NOT honoured, by such a well advertised and long-time existing painting company, mystifies the fact that they're not up to sctratch with their after sales service...</p> <p>Poor workmanship or sub-standard products are not acceptable, in this highly competetive industry today...</p> <p>SHAME ON YOU</p>
