Shocking insurance to avoid

This is the second review, on the 07/11/2022 I sent an email to the MD mr Orfordof the company to which he rep**** on 09/11/2022 that he is sorry to hear about the negative experience he will discuss it with a mr Rothman to get a briefing, following which he will revert back to me, well I am yet to hear from anyone!!
