I was involved in an accident on 19 July 2020 at Pick n Pay Parking Newcastle with Louis Johannes Venter I.D *** Cell Phone number *** where Mr Mr Louis Venter didn't follow the proper rules of reversing then he hit my car. Mr Louis Venter was insured with Motor Acceptances insurance. On the Accident scene Mr Louis Venter admitted liability and told me that his insurance will fix my car. I was in contact with the Lady Called Cathy Nel Cell Phone Number *** from Motor Acceptances Insurance she asked to send all the relevant documents which I did. My third party claim was rejected even though their client admitted that he was wrong on the Accident scene and accident reports. My third party claim was rejected even thought Cathy Nel refused to get the Accident report from Newcastle Police Station because she didn't want to used Company money to get the Accident report. I was told to go Pick n Pay get the camera footage which is supposed to be done by the insurance as party of invesgation. Cathy Nel was so rude to me because I am black person.
