unacceptable customer service

<p>I'm sick and tired of lolo kiddies head office with their unacceptable behaviour, no service has been provided but the party has been paid for in full; I have requested for the party invitations since Monday, nobody updates me about anything instead I'm the one who has to keep contacting them, they should close down if they're unable to cope.</p>
