Disappointment and poor services

I hired Lolo kiddies for my daughter's 5th birthday party , which was on the 1 of May 2018 . Firstly they did not arrive at that the time that we had agreed on , as per agreement LOLO kiddies had to arrive at 9am to set-up because the party was scheduled to start at 11am but they only arrived at 12:45 ,started setting up at 1 and completed the set-up at 2pm when all my guests had arrived and were waiting for the set-up to be completed so the party could start . I tired calling LOLO the whole morning to find out when she will be coming , but she did not take any of my calls or return any of my calls . The chairs and jumping castle were dirty , I had to request for the staff to clean it up as my guests were complaining . Amongst all of that the sketch tent was torn and the set-up was jut a mess , its not want we had agreed on and I was unhappy . I am had paid for package that included face painting , Massage for the mom's but did not receive any of those services that I had paid for yet I had paid her in full . Till today she has not contract me . I am very disappointed with the poor services that I received , her level of customer service is a disgrace and I would not recommend her service to anyone in further. All I want right is for her to compensate me for the poor service , the disgrace and for the services that she did not honor .
