No customer service

This business has terrible customer service. When I e-mailed with regards to placing an order they are very quick to reply and supply an invoice. However, once payment is made you get no contact of confirmation of order or even a reply to any queries you e-mail through. I finally managed to make contact through commenting on their FB puli iP posts to which I was told to not make comments and that they having delays due to Covid. This was the only response I received and not even formal notification via e-mail. I made payment on 21st June and still to date cannot be supp**** with any information as to when I will receive the goods I made payment for.
