Lollie's Super Chunky Hand Knitted Throw - poor quality

I purchased a Lollie's Super Chunky Hand Knitted Throw - Light Grey blanket through Zando and the quality of the blanket upon arrival was extremely poor. The blanket had a tear and the joins were all coming apart. I tried to return to Zando who refused stating I had damaged the blanket after they performed a quality control check. Had Zando performed a quality check before I received the blanket it would have been returned to the supplier. I was referred to contact the supplier directly who refused to acknowledge nor even consider a refund despite receiving pictures. It was an expensive blanket and a really disappointing experience.
