Poor service.

Hi.. So I purchased this shoe from this lady Zah Makhanya on Instagram..I made the deposit as requested and received the shoes.Problem was that the shoes were twice my size so she asked me to return them.and mind you I’m paying to courier them.All of this happened in the month of September.Ive been waiting for my refund since September.All I get from her is that she’s working on my refund or processing it.Now she doesn’t even respond to my messages.And her clientele is also very high.
