Refusal to repay me after I returned an item of clothing

Purchased an oversized top from them in or around January 2021. Returned it a few weeks later. They have qto date refuse to refund me . Now they claim I paid about 45 % the original price . They fail to give me a receipt as their policy is to email the receipt.
