Please help

I bought 50 boxes of typek A4 copying paper from lokels trading ..they told me that delivery is free after I've made payments..they told me that I must pay R2750 for insurance coverage and my consignment won't be delivered without this payment... In the beginning they never told me about insurance policy payments of my goods. Please help... Is this company legit or a ****? I requested a refund they told me that I must talk to the transporter.
