Lokells cc Trading

I got a quotation for 100 boxes of typek A4 paper. On 14th January 2022 i paid R9500 for 100 boxes as per the invoice I had received. The goods were supposed to be delivered in Midrand. After receiving payment Lokells changed its stories. They want an additional payment of R3400, and I have request a refund. They are refusing to pay. Now they are talking about SARS, LOGISTICS COMPANY AND STORAGE facilities, instead of delivering the purchased goods.Please advise before I take my own actions.
