Loka's customer service is not worth the price you pay anymore!

Loka has very good clothing, that is the only reason I will give them a 2 star, but Loka has no customer service what so ever! We have been buying Loka clothing for just over a year now and will not be buying anymore further on. Since Loka has gotten a bigger client base and more shops their customer service has gone backwards. Loka started out in Bethlehem, Freestate, so that was their main office at one point. We order a dress from their online store last year and when the dress arrived it didn't look at all like the one we order online. The exact same dress we could have bought just 10 mins away but wanted the one on the website. When we contacted them they said no, the dress looks like that only comes in that specific size, but they didn't say that online. We let them know, we don't want that dress because we wanted the one online, they said that we then needed to return the dress at own cost and only give the money back for the dress, so you already pay for something you don't own. Afterward we kept on buy their clothing from a shop that was near us, the ladies working there are very friendly and always willing to help as far as possible with what they receive and have. When the factory in Mosselbay opened it is as if the owner of the clothing line doesn't care anymore. It started being a regular thing that she advertises a product like 2 or 3 months in advance and when the orders gets there the sizes differ from previous times or it looks different then the ones she advertised because the material was finished during production. This has become a thing in the last few months, for the price you pay for this clothing you at least expect consistency! The sizes of the clothing differs each time, you HAVE to fit on the clothing, so you just can't order online, because you never know if it will fit or not. Moving to another province in the last couple of months has made it difficult to fit clothing on because the nearest store is Loka Jeans. Loka Jeans's customer service is even worse than Loka itself. When we moved here we sent the owner of Loka Jeans a message, as she sells Loka clothing as well, it has been 6 months and she has still not rep**** on that message. Loka clothing is really not that bad, the material is quality and it is not something you will find in your everyday store but the customer service and attuited of the people working there, mainly the big bosses, has completely driven us away from buying Loka again. When you post something even slightly negative about your experience with Loka on their Facebook page it gets removed, people have even been blocked from posting comments. So it goes to show, when hiding negative comments from your page or removing it you as a business owner have something to hide. Loka was once a place that we loved to buy something from but now, we will not return, for the price you pay and what you receive it is not at all worth it anymore...
