Loka most terrible service ever

Terrible service, I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding, the size was wrong so I exchanged it, then they sent me a dress that was not stitched properly en the slit isn't how it's suppose to be. Then they had to exchange it again and then I received the wrong size again, the day of the wedding I received the dress from the courier, 3 sizes to big, had nothing to wear to the wedding, they were not answering the phone. Then afterwards they made promises to make it up to me, but haven't heard anything from them since. Never in my life will I buy anything from them
