Bad Cliënt Service, and failure to update clients about stock.

I’ve place an order with their online shop, for teachers gifts. After a while, to only be let know that they don’t have in stock the item I wanted. Order a different pattern, when order came only received one instead of 3 Tumbler glasses. They notified me it was their mistake for being confused with another clients order. I managed to give one gift before my due date of school closing. But after being told they would sent me other they only need to print the pattern then overnight courier it to be able to get it on time, again I was phoned to let know they are still waiting on the tumbler stock. Where I ( and according to them they did not mention it’s not yet been send out? I was told over the phone someone for elsewhere would sent it. A day before my other kids school closes and planning this weeks ago I know have to make a different plan right before the last day. Still waiting on my money back. If your store do not have stock please just make it not available to purchase online. It would save time and frustration
