Worst service ever! Will never use again/recommend

On day of move arrived 6hours late without informing us.Said they will be there at 07h30am but only arrived at 13h30.On arrival we realised that they forgot the travel cages for our 2 dogs.They then reluctantly offered to fly down our dogs if we can get them to OR Tambo airport the next morning.On our way to OR Tambo we phoned them only to realise that Logtec had sent the cages to the wrong airport.They sent the cages to Laseria which was another 1h30 drive.At this stage we still needed to travel to CT from JHB by car.Logtec refused to arrange transport for our dogs to the airport.We had to postpone our trip by a day to get our dogs to the airport.We had to hire a pickup to drop them at Lanseria since Logtec wasn't prepared to help us after they forgot the boxes&sent them to the wrong airport.We then had to travel through the night to be in CT to unload the truck.Again the truck was 8hours late. They said we needed to be at the address at 8h00 but they only arrived 15h00!When we unpacked some of our furniture was damaged.On arranging the move I insisted numerous times on all the cover so that if anything goes wrong we will be covered.Logtec then informed me that they can't help us.
