Worst move ever

<p>The truck is not suited for furniture removals. Although I had been assured that the staff had been trained and have the equipment needed, they had to manhandle the piano and all other furniture onto a truck about 2m off the ground. Needless to say, the piano is badly damaged and probably to expensive to repair. Other furniture broken or damaged. They kept promising that delivery was on the way on due date. By 22H00 that night I had to admit that I had been conned. When finally dilivered, I also received furniture and articles not belonging to me.</p> <p>I cannot recommend this company and will never use their services again.</p>
