unprofessional
<p>I used this company once before with disastrous results, I was pursuaded to try them again as I was told that they had cleaned up their act, bought new trucks and hired new teams, well I am sadly dissappointed. They have been unco-operative, refusing to answer questions and tie down infomation, they demanded a 50%NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure our moving date of 18th and as soon as I paid they called me up and changed the moving date to the 22nd without any discussion with me first.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has placed me in a bad spot as all our arrangements had been put in place, now I must pay for 4 nights in a b 'n b and change plans and job interview days. I am horified at this as they have not explained themselves nor apologized nor did they give me the option of cancelling so that I couold take my business elsewhere, they have assumed that they have carte blanche on arrangements to suit themselves only and are not in the least worried that their are financial implications attached to this change that I am going to be accountable for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I regret using them again, will never use them again, will actively ecourage others to never use them and will also refuse to oay the balance of what I owe until my stuff has been successfully moved, I don't believe they deserve me following their normal protocol when they have altered the original agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>recourse for me</p>
In response to this complaint, I received a call from the boss of Logtec who apologised for the problems I was having, told me that he was not aware of them and promised to investigate on my behalf.
I was extremely impressed that the response was so quick, very glad to have the boss willing to deal with the issues and would like to give him 5 stars for having his finger on the pulse, I guess hello.peter.com is truly a great avenue to deal with disputes if they happen so quickly, well done Logtec.
