MOVING? WHAT IS THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN?

Hi,Moved my elderly parents fromKZN to Cape.<br> Logtec was used,He's moved 700 households you know! <br> Goods of approx 30m2 were collected by another company's truck as it doesn't look like he owns a truck.<br> Once goods were collected the truck owners, a large removal company, confirmed there measurement was 36 m2. <br> Eben Saunderson Logtec called later to say we need to pay the extra 13m2 as he had calculated 43m2. He is located in Cape Town these goods were on route so asked how he had calculated the volume. He said from the inventory, this had no dimensions and there was absolutely no chance of calculating volume what so ever from the list. <br> After many calls and threats from Eben re no delivery we paid the extra,the move had already been stressful for my terminally ill mum.<br> Goods were due to be delivered later the next week, well they were without their goods for nearly 2 months, then half arrived,some excessive damage done.<br> 3 months later there are large items of furniture missing. The same story tomorrow, tomorrow... <br> <br> RATHER THROW YOUR STUFF OFF A CLIFF THAN USE THIS GUY!<br> Please ask the PMA and SAFRA about him.
