<p>Logtec in the person of Eben Saunderson appears to be a cell-phone and hired truck operation. The only contact is via cell-phone – addresses on the contract and website are not his, which makes it very difficult to sue him. There have been a number of complaints to the Office of the Consumer Protector in Cape Town but they can’t track him or do much.</p> <p>The quote for transport will be low, but when it comes to execution, more money will be required, or part of the contract will not be fulfilled. Storage facilities are a joke, furniture being piled up in a warehouse without divisions, so that as piles are moved items end up in different piles. We lost R 30 000 worth of goods and gained some tables and beds from someone else. Eben’s insurance does not cover these losses as he only has a part insurance. He has however promised to pay our losses. Nearly a year later we are still waiting, but it will “90% sure, almost definitely be paid perhaps next week, if ***s can fly”. </p> <p>I have to assume that the good reviews are written by Eben, as there is no way anyone as inept could orchestrated a flawless move.</p>
