logo****** will keep your money with no regard

Strongly advise to be wary when doing business with this company. They promise you the world until you pay then the service goes from cool promises, to read the fine print.

I contracted Logo****** which is as per there quotations a division of Burg Design, to design a pamphlet for my small business. When I got in touch with Kayla, who is a designer for Logo******, I enquired about what is required to get started and how we will go about designing my brochure. She advised me (this is all in email and I have proof to back this up), that I should give her an idea of what I require and she will send me a proof to make changes if I did not like it. Kayla made me trust her when she said that I should not worry and that we will go through the process until its finished and that I will have something " striking".

The first proof came and my kid could draw a house better than that, and I obviously declined and expressed my disappointment. The second proof came and it was not even close to the first proof and was completely off track as to what I originally wanted. I wanted a brochure that displayed my services with a modern house in the middle and all services stemming out from that. It was clear she did not know what she was doing. Kayla then said she will try something different, but after a few days and no answer I received a mail from Tersia Verwey, who point blank said that Kayla will no longer continue with the brochure and if I do want her to continue, that I should pay an additional R805! . Originally I was quoted R2875 and paid R2500 the same day with no hassles. I expressed my disappointment and asked what the reason was, as Kayla and I had an agreement that she will finnish the brochure and that she will do it with me step by step(email as proof). I sent Tersia the emails that Kayla sent me stating this but she did not reply. I think Kayla is a new amateur designer that messed up making promises to client and not having the authority to do so. But at the end of the day I lost R2500 and they don't even want to give me a receipt of the money I paid. they refuse to complete my work or to reimburse me my money.

long and short, don't do business with this company if you are not sure about your position and what quoted for. If their designers make promises don't believe it. they send emails but that proof doesn't seem to work with them. They will promise the world until they have your money.

very disappointed , I will never do business with them again, or recommend them to others.
