I bought a X56 HOTAS Joystick for R4500 from Evetech SA. But while moving to a new house during December the Joystick's throttle physically broke and I mailed Logitech directly requesting to purchase a replacement part since Evetech's warranty won't cover it. But Logitech only sent me an automated reply saying that someone would respond within 2 working days... but it has been 3 weeks now and nothing still. I only had the Joystick since November so it's brand new, but I cannot use it. How should I proceed if Logitech aren't willing to help me.
