Logitech - Worst Service

Worst experience of service ever! Ordered a headset and paid on 23 July 20. Up until today no headset received. Emailed Liam Horn but then they have no stock, then there was some sort of takeover at their warehouse. I live in Cape Town, now I have to collect in JHB!!! Numerous emails sent to no avail. Also asked for a refund, but that is also not happening!
