Flawed Products and Waste-of-time "Customer Support"

Logitech wired speakers have a design flaw in them (they go to sleep when they're not supposed to, such as when music is playing.) After explaining the design issue to Logitech (who then acknowledged it after obviously discussing it internally, in other words: a known problem), they offered me some new speakers. I selected another model, which they sent to me. When I finally received them, only to find out that the other model ALSO has the SAME design flaw!!! Logitech has done nothing but waste my time and their speaker product design is simply terrible. Do their engineers have a collective IQ of 50 or something?
